Creatopia Technologies, Inc. ("Creatopia," "we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of our platform to do the same. This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy outlines how we handle claims of copyright infringement and how intellectual property is managed within the Creatopia ecosystem.
1. Ownership of Content
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Creatopia platform, excluding Creator Content, are the exclusive property of Creatopia Technologies, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of the Services without express written permission.
Users retain ownership of any original content they upload, create, or share on the platform ("Creator Content"). By using the Services, you grant Creatopia a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote such content in connection with operating and improving the platform.
2. DMCA Policy and Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe that any content on Creatopia infringes your copyright, you may file a notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Please include the following:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
A description of where the infringing material is located on the platform
Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Counter Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter notification. Your notice must include:
Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the content that was removed and its location prior to removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate court
We may reinstate removed content if we receive a valid counter notification, unless the original complainant files legal action within ten (10) business days.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Creatopia may terminate, at its sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
